Disarticulated an organized group dedicated to the sale of drugs in Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia)
PALENCIA, Oct. 25 (EUROPA PRESS) -
The Civil Guard has arrested nine people and has taken as disarticulated an organized criminal group dedicated to the sale of drugs in small quantities in the town of Aguilar de Campoo in Palencia, according to Europa Press sources from the Armed Institute.
Specifically, members of the Benemérita have arrested a total of nine men, in the aforementioned town, as well as in Cervera de Pisuerga, Barruelo de Santullán and Armilla (Granada), for their alleged involvement in the commission of counterfeiting crimes of currency, coercion, robbery with violence and drug trafficking.
Of these, five are neighbors of Aguilarense, one of Lores, another of Vallejo de Orbó and two of Barruelo de Santullán and Armilla, respectively.
The investigations are within the so-called 'Operation Luda', which began in the month of May on the occasion of the appearance in the town of Aguilar de Campoo of several fake notes of 50 euros.

During the course of the same was known that the authors of the event, in addition to introducing the aforementioned counterfeit notes, were engaged in the sale in small quantities of narcotic substances, mainly hashish, as well as the cultivation of marijuana.
The police investigations ended with the arrest, between September 22 and October 19, of the alleged perpetrators, all of them men between the ages of 20 and 55 years.
As a result, four cannabis sativa plants, four hashish acorns, several marijuana buds and seeds of the same substance have been seized for their cultivation.
Also, two mobile phones, 500 euros in bills of 50 euros legal tender, various plastic bags prepared for the distribution of narcotic substances and 300 euros in fake 50 euros banknotes have been intervened.
The detainees and effects seized, have been made available to the Court of Instruction of Cervera de Pisuerga, pointed the same sources.
Disbanded in Elche an organized group dedicated to counterfeit currency

Agents of the National Police have arrested in Elche (Alicante) four people as alleged members of a group dedicated to counterfeit currency, as reported in a statement the Provincial Commissioner of Alicante, which has specified in the operation have been intervened 54 tickets 50 euros, 104 fake 20 euros banknotes, a computer, 15 cameras and several state-of-the-art mobile phones.
The arrest took place on Friday in a preventive control in the city of Elche, which was intercepted a vehicle occupied by four people of Romanian nationality, who had hidden 46 counterfeit euro notes for which they were arrested.
Subsequent investigations led to the agents at home of the arrested, located in Los Arenales del Sol. There they seized two bundles of counterfeit bills, 54 fifty euros and 58 euros twenty notes, fifteen cameras, a computer and several telephone state-of-the-art mobiles.
After the investigations it has been proved that the criminals supposedly are part of an organized crime group dedicated to the counterfeiting of currency and that presumably its function was to introduce false fake notes in the market, obtaining in the transactions made with them, a succulent benefits.
The detainees, once heard in a statement at police stations, have been placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of Guardia number 3 of Elche, according to the same source.
