How to protect the cash in your store
The five modules of the circulation of money.
In any trade, regardless of the size or volume of sales, we can explain the entry and circulation of money
using the wheel of the FIVE MODULES.
MODULE 1: CONTROL AND SALE POINT
MODULE 2: CONTROL AND VERIFICATION
MODULE 3: TRANSPORTATION OF MONEY
MODULE 4: DELIVERY AND DEPOSIT ON THE BANK
MODULE 5: RECONCILIACION AND REPORTS
In the first module CONTROL AND SAFE POINT the entry of Notes and coins is produced, by means of the collection of the sale.
This module is very critical, the dependent / cashier, authenticates, counts and stores the cash inflow. These three steps, AUTHENTING, CONTRIBUTE, SAVE, always occur in front of the client. At peak hours, with the greatest number of transactions, the same operations multiply, consequently we will risk the following:
1. Not to identify fake notes
2.Contrate wrongly
3. Change the changes
4. Accumulate a large sum of tickets in the drawer drawer, with the consequent risk of theft or robbery.
In order to minimize the risk of losing money in MODULE 1, Countermatic offers the following solution:
1. Use the CHICAGO counterfeit detector in each box. Authenticate and count all incoming banknotes
2. Using the Counter Cash installed under the cabinet, it allows you to store all the left banknotes of the box safely and safely without the need to stop the boxesand count the money in front of the clients, avoiding risks of robbery.
In the second MODULE, CONTROL AND VERIFICATION, the trade counts and verifies in its office the money that comes from the boxes. If the cash that comes from the boxes or MODULE 1, we do not have it perfectly authenticated and quantified,
Verification becomes a really expensive task and the following questions appear:
The boxes do not square?
Are We Received Fake Money?
Does the money disappear?
Having the MODULE 1 duly protected, with Countermatic New BOSTON V counting machine and Counting Counter 800 Coin Counting, we can control and verify that the money that comes from the boxes squares perfectly.
Once the money is transported and deposited in the Bank, reconciliation in the central offices, becomes an easy task avoiding losses of money and time.
