The Thales VX banknote counter counts mixed banknotes by denomination, showing the totalvalue in euros on the screen and the breakdown for each type of banknote / denomination.

It occupies very little space and it is ideal to count average volumes of bills.
Very used in corner shops and companies where there is possibility of fake ticket entry. It has a triple false bill detection system, Infrared, magnetic inks and magnetic code to ensure the detection of a counterfeit bill.
The speed of counting, 850 bills / minute, is the ideal to save time and not suffer tedious traffic jams during counting. The bill entry hopper has a capacity of 200 bills, therefore up to 200 bills can be counted at one time.
It offers a large LCD display with three digits for counting and another one for displaying the preselection of stops. When the preselection of stops and sum function are activated, it is shown on the Display.
The durability of the accountant is ensured, that it has an SD port for updating software before the possible issuance of a new Euro bill. Currently the accounting software is updated to identify and authenticate the new euro notes issued by the European Central Bank, including the new € 50 euros note.
