Avoid breakdowns on a banknote machine

Avoid breakdowns on a banknote machine
Most of the faults of the counting machines are generated by a large amount of dust that accumulates in the various sensors, rollers and mechanics in general. Once the dust is embedded in the mechanisms of the counting machine, the review by a technician is absolutely necessary.

To avoid damage and all the cost involved, it is recommended to protect the machine from counting bills, with a protective cover during the time it is not used. In this way we avoid that 90% of the dust enters the mechanical part of the counting machine.

It is also recommended that the mechanical part be cleaned once a week. The best tool to clean the machine is a simple brush. Simply remove the dust deposited on the rollers and sensors of the counting machine.

If we take the precaution of cleaning the machine and protecting it with the cover, we will be avoiding the costs and inconveniences of the breakdowns, in addition to guaranteeing a longer life to the counting machine and having greater satisfaction for the purchase of the same.

It is recommended to keep the machine in the original box when it is not used.
